He creates truly delicious, mouthwatering film that has simultaneously earned him great recognition and solved many hangry situations, no joke. Over the course of his career, Tom’s work has set an industry standard of excellence for tabletop because he obsesses in the best possible way about every detail of a shot.
Not surprisingly, Tom says that if he wasn’t a director, he’d be a restaurant critic. We love that idea, but we love the fact that we get to watch and share his beautiful film way more.
